Energy Infrastructure: Power Certainty at Scale

The Danube Data Center offers unmatched energy autonomy in a region where grid constraints are increasing. We provide investors with a “Day One” power advantage through massive existing capacity and integrated green energy systems.

1. Massive Grid Capacity & Redundancy

  • 80 MW Scalable Potential: Immediate access to high-capacity power, expandable up to 80 MW to support hyperscale growth.
  • Dual 110 kV Connections: High-voltage redundancy via two independent grid feeds (V 8881 and V 8882).
  • Dual-Transformer Infrastructure: Two industrial-grade transformers (2 x 25 MW) ensuring N+1 redundancy and maximum uptime for mission-critical loads.

2. On-Site Renewable Portfolio (ESG Leadership)

We offer a direct path to Net-Zero operations with our dedicated on-site solar infrastructure:

  • 24 MW Solar PV Plant:
    • Phase 1: 15 MW in the completion phase
    • Phase 2: 9.1 MW in the completion phase
  • Benefit: Long-term cost hedging and significant reduction in Scope 2 carbon emissions.

3. Advanced Energy Storage (BESS)

Our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) ensures grid stability and optimizes renewable energy usage:

  • 6.4 MW / 13 MWh Capacity: Fully operational by Q2 2026.
  • 6 MW / 12 MWh Capacity: Fully operational by Q2 2026
  • Benefit: Immediate backup power, peak-shaving to lower costs, and seamless transition between energy sources.

4. Grid-Independent Gas-to-Power Generation with N+1 Redundancy

  • 2-Year Time-to-Market: The delivery of our dedicated, on-site natural gas power plant and direct power supply is guaranteed within 24 months from project launch, bypassing traditional grid-connection bottlenecks entirely.
  • Immediate Reality (Phase I): 3 × 25 MW high-performance gas turbines (75 MW total installed capacity). Continuous 50 MW baseload power is permanently delivered by 2 active units, while the 3rd unit acts as a dedicated standby backup (N+1 redundancy) to guarantee 100% uptime even during scheduled maintenance.
  • Scalability (Phase II – Growth Option): The site and gas infrastructure are pre-designed to easily scale up to 4 × 25 MW turbines (100 MW total installed capacity). This configuration guarantees up to 75 MW of continuous baseload power (3 active units + 1 dedicated standby unit), perfectly matching the future expansion of the Danube Data Center.
  • Investor Advantage: High-speed development, eliminated grid dependency, guaranteed zero-downtime reliability, and built-in modular scalability to maximize long-term asset value.

The Investor Bottom Line:

While other European hubs face 5-to-10-year waits for power, Danube Data Center is ready now. We combine Grid Reliability with Energy Autonomy, offering the speed-to-market and ESG compliance that institutional investors demand.
